CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES AMENDMENT ACT 2013 (NO. 52 OF 2013) - SECT 10
New section 215A inserted
After section 215 of the Principal Act insert —
" 215A Standard of proof
The standard of proof of any fact in an application under this Act in the
Family Division is the balance of probabilities.".
