RADIATION AMENDMENT ACT 2013 (NO. 59 OF 2013) - SECT 14
Who may apply for an authority
(1) In section 37(2)(b) of the Principal Act, for
"approval." substitute "approval; or".
(2) After section 37(2)(b) of the Principal Act
insert —
"(c) an assessor's approval.".
