Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act comes into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.
(2) Sections 11 and 26 come into operation on 1 January 2015.
(3) If a provision of this Act, other than a provision referred to in subsection (2), does not come into operation before 1 June 2014, it comes into operation on that day.
