RADIATION AMENDMENT ACT 2013 (NO. 59 OF 2013) - SECT 8

    (1)     In section 16(1)(b) of the Principal Act, for "notice." substitute "notice; or".

    (2)     After section 16(1)(b) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(c)     a facility construction licence in respect of a radiation source specified in the notice.".
